A bit about me: After I graduated from Livonia Public Schools, I attended Eastern Michigan University, where I received my bachelor's degree in special education. Not long after that, I began work on my master's degree in early childhood education, so I can further advance my knowledge in how young children learn best, and which developmentally appropriate practices to use. I graduated with my master's degree in early childhood education in December of 2011. The knowledge I gained from it helps me daily when working with kindergartners, and I absolutely love it!
My husband and I just celebrated our four year anniversary on August 11. We got to travel to Petoskey for a weekend away! My husband and I love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and take our two dogs, Chase and Skye, for walks. We have a little girl Elodie (23 months) and a little boy Benjamin (5 months). I spent the summer just hanging out with them at our lake house.
